JCPenney is a chain of department stores based in Plano, Texas. It is currently operating more than 660 stores in Puerto Rico and 49 US States. The company specializes in conventional merchandise and other leased departments, such as portrait studios, optical centers, auto centers, or salons. Most of the JCPenney stores are placed in downtown shopping malls or power centers.
